THE INTERNATIONAL EURASIER UNION 2000
The IEU 2000 is...

an independent alliance of the friends of the Eurasier and Eurasier associations. Everyone is aware of the special bond between the Eurasier and his people and the responsibilities to be assumed due to this.

Breeders, breeding judges, biologists, veterinary surgeons, interpreters, computer-experts, and last but not least experienced secretaries from the F.C.I. have united and have formed a promotion group. Together they will help with initial advice and ensure that this association will be build up in a professional manner.

It is guaranteed that this union will be open for all Eurasier organisations within the F.C.I. and Julius Wipfel therefore declared his readiness to join in with the building up. Spontaneously he agreed to become the patron of the union.

The IEU 2000 aims...

to promote know-how and to encourage the exchange of practical experience as well as mutual help and support.

to form a strong community which will work together in order to maintain the special characteristics of this extraordinary breed.

The IEU intends to form an alliance and hopefully will achieve sound friendships between everyone concerned with the Eurasier, i.e. breeders, owners, Eurasier associations etc. within Germany and abroad.

What is needed to achieve these aims:

support and execution of common exhibitions

the execution of national and international kynological meetings and conventions

to publish Eurasier related information brochures

public relation

to support the exchange of know-how and experiences concerning breeding

to form an international breeding body

to set up joint breeding qualification tests

an increase of co-operation: for example the exchange of male dogs and the sale of puppies internationally

to give support in cases of emergency

to initiate the exchange of letters and contacts between the supporters and member organisations

The IEU offers...

national as well as international special Eurasier dog-shows

to inform and educate owners, breeding judges and everyone else responsible for breeding about all aspects concerning the Eurasier
